Through that experience, we saw the same challenge repeated over and over again. Equipment came from one vendor. Flooring came from another. Mirrors came from a third. Freight schedules rarely aligned. Deliveries arrived out of sequence. Project teams were left coordinating multiple suppliers, timelines, and installation schedules.
